Mark A. Goldberg | President
Mark Goldberg has more than thirty years experience in real estate development selecting sites, acquiring land, supervising design and construction, leasing, brokerage and property management. Relationships with top retailers such as King Soopers, Albertsons, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Kohls and Lowes have led to shopping centers anchored by these and other nationally recognized merchants. He has been a leader in the International Council of Shopping Centers, serving two terms as Director of the Rocky Mountain Region and one as Western Division Governmental Affairs Chairman. Mr. Goldberg has taught a class at the University of Colorado Graduate School in Real Estate Development. His hands-on approach to managing the firm’s portfolio has earned the confidence of clients, as well as the respect of government officials, who are playing an increasingly important role in approving and financing developments. Jefferson D. Dillon
Jeff Dillon is Vice President of Goldberg Properties Inc. With 8 years of legal and real estate experience, Jeff has a variety of expertise to draw upon. Since joining Goldberg Properties, Inc. in October of 2010, Jeff has overseen Goldberg’s active development projects and managed various receivership assets. Jeff is an inactive member of the bar in Colorado, Kansas and Missouri. He is also Argus Software Certified and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the Urban Land Institute.
Since graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2002, Jeff practiced law in Kansas and Missouri. Most Recently, Jeff worked at Shughart, Thomson & Kilroy, P.C., a regional law firm now known as Polsinelli Shughart, PC, as a member of the real estate and general business practice groups. In that capacity, Jeff worked on a substantial amount of real estate transactional work including development, sales, acquisitions, leasing and permanent/construction/work-out loan financing. Jeff has also been involved with various corporate and business matters such as reorganizations, stock/asset acquisitions and sales, securities compliance and corporate governance.
In June of 2010, Jeff received a Masters of Science, with Honors, in Real Estate Development and Construction Management from the University of Denver’s Burns School of Real Estate. The curriculum at the Burns School supplemented Jeff’s previous legal experience with an inter-disciplinary education in real estate development, construction and finance. [Contact]
